セイコーが1980年代に作った、薄型のクォーツドレスウォッチです。見どころは文字盤で、サンバースト仕上げのゴールドの中央を、細い線で区切ったゴールドのパネルがぐるりと囲み、パネルの切れ目がそのままインデックスの役目を果たしています。ムーブメントは3時位置に日付を備えたクォーツのCal.5Y39で、ゼンマイを巻く手間はありません。当店で選んだ黒のクロコレザーストラップを合わせ、スーツにも夜の装いにもすっきりなじむ一本です。
ケースはゴールドメッキ、裏蓋はステンレススチールです。使用に伴う小傷と風防の小さな擦り傷はありますが、大きなダメージはありません。横31mm（リューズを除く）、縦38mm、ラグ幅18mm。ケースが薄くラグも細いので、手首に平らに収まり、シャツの袖口にも引っかからずに入ります。
文字盤はオリジナルです。12時位置のセイコーのエンブレムの下にSEIKOとQUARTZの文字だけを置き、ゴールドの面そのものを主役にした構成です。傾けると中央が光をはね返し、外周のパネルは淡く落ち着いたゴールドに留まるので、2本針のシンプルな文字盤に奥行きが生まれます。
