A distinctive mid-1980s Seiko quartz defined by its geometric octagonal case and warm gold-tone dial.
The octagonal case gives the watch a strong architectural character, offering a striking alternative to the traditional round dress watch. Its angular outline is balanced by restrained proportions, creating a design that feels individual without becoming overly decorative.
The gold-tone dial continues the warm monochromatic aesthetic, complemented by slender hands and understated hour markers. With unnecessary elements removed, the geometry of the case and the subtle character of the dial become the focus.
Powered by Seiko’s 6531 quartz movement, the watch combines practical quartz precision with the adventurous case design found throughout Seiko’s dress watches of the 1980s.
