Produced during the late 1970s, this Seiko Quartz reflects the design language that defined Japan’s early quartz era—clean lines, precise proportions, and an emphasis on functionality over ornamentation.
The softly rounded square case is finished in gold plating, paired with a warm champagne dial featuring a subtle vertical brushed texture. Applied baton markers and slender hands create a balanced composition, while the absence of unnecessary text allows the design to remain remarkably pure.
A small emblem positioned above 6 o’clock provides a discreet point of character without disturbing the symmetry of the dial. Combined with the gently curved case profile, it delivers a quiet elegance that feels distinctly of its time.
