ミッドセンチュリーにおける時計製造が、静かに成熟へと至った時代のプロダクトです。
1950年代初頭のこのオメガは、18金イエローゴールドケースを採用。
柔らかく伸びたラグと抑制されたフォルムにより、サイズ以上の存在感を生み出しています。
ダイヤルは縦方向のブラッシュ仕上げ。
立体的なファセットインデックスとドーフィン針が組み合わされ、6時位置のスモールセコンドが全体の均整を保っています。
機械式時計との対話が日常にあった時代の設計です。
搭載される手巻きCal.2709は、コンパクトでありながら精度を追求したムーブメント。
無駄を削ぎ落とした構造が、その思想を物語ります。
また、この個体には幾何学的な彫り模様が施されたエクスパンションブレスレットが装着されています。
