Inside is the Cal.V110, a solar quartz movement that charges from daylight or ordinary room light, so it does not need regular battery changes. It comes on Seiko's original steel bracelet with a SEIKO-signed clasp, and it works as well with a suit as with a plain knit at the weekend.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe case and bracelet are stainless steel. The polished case shows light marks from use, but there is no major damage. It measures 33.5mm across (excluding the crown) and 34mm lug to lug, with a 13mm lug width. The bracelet runs almost straight out of the round case, so the watch sits flat and low on the wrist, and the thin profile slides under a shirt cuff. The bracelet fits wrists up to 17cm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe dial is original. The centre has a fine frosted finish and is set inside a brushed outer ring, with bar markers cut across the ring, doubled at 12, and small dots for the hours on the inner disc. Only SEIKO and SOLAR are printed on it.
